The Employer, as provided for by art. 43 paragraph 1 letter b) D.Lgs. 81/08, is required to designate one or more workers responsible for implementing fire prevention and emergency management measures.

All fire emergency team workers must receive specific training through specific firefighting courses.

The contents of fire training courses must be related to the type of activity and the level of fire risk of fire (low risk, medium risk or high risk) and compliant with DM 10/03/98.

In addition Art. 37 of the D.Lgs. 81/08 It also requires that each fire crew person make a periodic fire-fighting update of the training
