The specific modalities, duration and content of the rLS training are established in the national collective bargaining process (Article 37, paragraph 11 D.Lgs. 81\/08). These penalties apply to each worker concerned and therefore the possible sanctioning amount must be multiplied by the number of uninformed\/trained\/trained workers. As envisaged by D. The program of the course is designed to illustrate and deepen the obligations and responsibilities of the main figures involved in the D.Lgs. 81\/08 to ensure the health and safety of workers, as well as statutory forecasts on worker training, procurement and emergency management. The course allows you to complete the training of the upgrade for Workers&#8217; Representatives for mandatory safety provided by art. 37, paragraph 11, of D. Lgs. 81\/08.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Representatives of Safety Workers (RLS) of companies employing up to 50 workers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The course lasts 4 hours.<\/p>\n<p>Security and the D.Lgs. 81\/08:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obligations and responsibilities of the main figures recalled by the D.Lgs. 81\/08;<\/li>\n<li>Risk assessment;<\/li>\n<li>The training of workers: the recent State Regions agreements;<\/li>\n<li>Procurement security;<\/li>\n<li>Emergency management;<\/li>\n<li>Final evaluation test.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Course objective:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide participants with the necessary insights and updates to perform the tasks associated with the role of Workers&#8217; Representative for Safety, to competently and effectively exercise the function of RLS within organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attendee attendance and rating certificates<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For each course participant, a certificate of frequency and pass of the final test will be issued.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Training requirements for RLS (Safety Workers&#8217; Representatives) and penalties for non-compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It should be remembered that the penalty for non-compliance with the obligations of information, training and training referred to in Articles 36 and 37 of D.
