– Command and security devices: detection of the control devices and their operation, the discovery of the security devices and their functions.<\/p>\n

– Checks to be made before use: visual and functional controls.<\/p>\n

– Specific DPI to use with PLEs: helmets, harnesses, hold lanyard and related modes of use including docking points on the platform.<\/p>\n

– Safe and risk use: analysis and assessment of the most common risks in the use of PLS (risks of electrocution, environmental risks, fall from above, etc.): displacement and transport, positioning and stabilization, drives and manoeuvres, refueling and parking safely at the end of the work.<\/p>\n

– Command and security devices: detection of the control devices and their operation, the discovery of the security devices and their functions.<\/p>\n

– Pre-use controls: Visual and functional controls of the manufacturer’s intended PLE, control, signaling and safety devices in the PLE instruction manual.<\/p>\n

– Checks before road transfer: checking trim conditions (strength weight, lifting structure and stabilizers, etc.).<\/p>\n

– Route planning: slopes, access obstacles on the route and at altitude, terrain conditions.<\/p>\n

– Placement of the PLE at work: delimitation of the work area, signage to be prepared on public roads, stabilizer positioning and leveling.<\/p>\n

– Operational practice tutorial: Performing two-part workspace exercises, observing operational security procedures. Simulations of platform movements at altitude.<\/p>\n

– Emergency manoeuvre: performing emergency manoeuvres for the ground recovery of the platform located at altitude.<\/p>\n

– Putting the PLE to rest at the end of work: parking in suitable area, precautions against unauthorized use. How batteries are safely recharged (for pLS with battery power).<\/p>\n

Practical module for PLE that can operate without stabilizers (4 hours)<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Identification of structural components: stabilization systems, leveling, frame, revolving turret, pantograph\/elevated arm structure, platform and related connection systems.<\/p>\n

– Command and security devices: detection of the control devices and their operation, the discovery of the security devices and their functions.<\/p>\n

– Route planning: slopes, access obstacles on the route and at altitude, terrain conditions.<\/p>\n
